The Embassy of USA in Turkmenistan is inviting potential vendors to submit quotation for TOYOTA PRADO 2.7 (or equal). All specifications are attached (draft order (PDF 127KB) and technical specifications (PDF 414KB)). The Embassy intends to award Purchase Order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. Award will be based on initial quotations without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is need to do so. The potential vendor should follow further requirements:
- Provide the price quote with TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION of the vehicle
- The successful offeror(s) will be required to have a DUNS number and be registered in SAM/CCR through the following sites: DUNS – www.dnb.com and SAM/CCR www.sam.gov.
- Type of delivery – CIP ASHGABAT or door-to-door (DOD)
- Advanced payment is not authorized
Vendors should submit quotation electronically at AshgabatPROCUREMENT@state.gov on or before January 3, 2021 no later than 5:00 PM local time. Quotation submitted after the date will not be accepted.
